What I help with

The tech stuff that keeps getting pushed to next week.

Email & accounts

"Our business email is still a Gmail address and it looks unprofessional."

  • Set up email on your own domain.
  • Move old mail over.
  • Fix messages landing in spam.

Calendars & scheduling

"We keep double-booking because our calendars don't match."

  • Get everyone on one shared calendar.
  • Set up online booking so customers can pick a time.

Files & documents

"Everything important is on one old laptop."

  • Move files to shared cloud folders.
  • Organize them so people can find things.
  • Set up backups.

Staff logins

"A new hire takes a week to get set up."

  • Set up accounts for new staff.
  • Shut off access when someone leaves.
  • Get the team off shared passwords.

Online forms

"Customers email us photos of forms and we retype everything."

  • Build simple online forms that collect what you need.
  • Send the answers where they belong.

Apps & subscriptions

"I'm paying for software nobody uses."

  • Review what you pay for.
  • Cancel what you don't need.
  • Set up the app you bought and never got going.

Apps that won't work together

"I type the same information into two systems."

  • Connect the apps you already use so information moves on its own.

Online presence

"Our Google listing still has the old hours."

  • Update your Google Business Profile.
  • Make small edits to your existing website.

Home office tech

"The Wi-Fi in my office drops all day."

  • Wi-Fi and printers.
  • Set up a new computer with your files and settings.

Don't see yours? Ask.

If it's tech and it's slowing your business down, tell me about it.

Email me

How it works

Simple and straightforward.

  1. Tell me what's going on.

A quick call or text is usually enough.

  2. Get a time estimate.

You'll know roughly how long it takes before I start.

  3. I take care of it.

On-site, or remotely from my desk while you get on with your day.

  4. Done.

I walk you through what changed, if you want.

Your passwords stay yours.I never ask for passwords by text or email. For remote work, you add me as a user on your account, and you remove me with one click when we're done.

About

I'm Luke.

I'm a U.S. Navy veteran and I've lived and worked on Long Island for years. I've spent decades in technology, from Manhattan digital agencies to operations at the Northport VA Medical Center.

Now I help local business owners with the tech that eats their time, the stuff that's too small for an IT company but too annoying to keep putting off.

  • Led teams building websites and iPhone apps
  • Explaining tech in plain English
  • Kept work moving between VA hospital leaders, department chiefs, and the regional office
  • Degree in health care administration
  • Trustee, VFW Post 4927, Port Jefferson Station
